Please read our detail before purchase or submit order. 

1. Our product available for pre order and customer should wait about 21 business days for tracking update after order payment. Please note business days exclude public holidays , celebration holidays or national holidays.

2. Balance order automatic refund as customer available credit. Please check your available credit on our website. Login and check if balance not credited please keep in touch with customer support.You can purchase next order with available credit.There no balance will be put in parcel to avoid missing on courier.

3. Customize order customer please email design / image within 24 hours after order submitted or our side will cancelled order.

4. The parcel might arrive late if problem happen such as bad weather , customs inspection , oversea holidays , celebration holidays , restocked or courier problem. Sometime order arrived late from supplier to our warehouse since supplier restocked and the order come from various supplier.

5. Return order accepted for wrong arrival order and damaged arrival order. Please contact our customer support for return within 48 hours after order received. Return order must be completed and unused.

6. Return parcel shipping fee on our side. The fee credited as customer available credit.

7. Customer can request for change shipping detail for unsent order and cannot request change shipping detail for sent order.

8. Repacking parcel for return order free but shipping fee depend on weight of parcel. Fee on customer.

9. Our product import from China , Japan and Korea manufacture.
